Open year round, the Guest House is your chance to enjoy Lake Geneva & the Alexandria area throughout the fall & winter!
Built in 2023, the Guest House at Geneva Beach Resort is a spacious, wheelchair accessible shouse-style cabin located across the parking lot from the resort on Lake Geneva.
The Guest House has 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds in each room) and 2 spacious bathrooms. The first bathroom is wheelchair accessible, including a roll-in shower (shower wheelchair available on request) and accessible sink. The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo and lots of storage space. A large kitchen is fully equipped to make your favorite meals.
Just two miles from Downtown Alexandria and close to several local event venues, this is a great location if you will be in town for a wedding, tournament, a trip to one of the local golf courses, or to simply experience the local shops, restaurants, breweries, lakes, and wineries.
Pack your bikes and running shoes - when you stay at the Guest House, the Central Lakes Trail (and access to the popular DATA Snowmobile Trails) is just a few hundred feet from your cabin.
Your reservation at the Guest House includes access to the popular Geneva Beach Resort amenities in the fall & winter, when the rest of the resort is closed for the season. These amenities include:
Fall/Early Spring: Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise from the beach, take a kayak around Lake Geneva or through the channel to Lake Victoria, and finish your evenings around a bonfire (one bundle of firewood/night is included with your stay). If you are hoping to take advantage of the fall/spring fishing, a dock slip & trailer parking are included with your booking Labor Day through Memorial Day while the docks are still in the water.
{**Outdoor resort amenities are weather-dependent and are available until put away for the winter. We try to keep our docks in the water as late in the fall (and put them in as early in the spring) as possible, however the dates these go in and out is dependent on the schedule of our dock installation crew. We cannot always guarantee when the docks will be in the water, but we always have trailer parking available and the access to Geneva is just two miles from the resort. So, if our docks are out, you will still be able to easily drop your boat in and out of the water.}
Winter: Access to the popular DATA Snowmobile Trail is just a few hundred feet from the cabin. Bring your ice skates and sleds and head to one of the popular local skating rinks or sledding hills. Enjoy a daytrip skiing and snowtubing at Andes Tower Hills, just 20 miles from the Guest House.
Access to the resort game room (vending machine, foosball, and air hockey) and laundry space are also included with your stay! It’s a perfect way for the kids to burn off some energy! We will provide you with your own entry code into this shared space when the resort is closed for the season (late August through mid-May). You will also have access to sand volleyball, basketball, beach, kayaks, and resort playgrounds when these amenities are still set up.
A lakefront bonfire pit is located by the swing set/beach. We will provide you one bundle of firewood for each night of your stay (once the snow gets deep, you will no longer be able to access the firepits). A gas grill and picnic table are provided outside of the cabin for your stay.
The Guest House at Geneva Beach Resort has 3 reserved parking spaces September through May. The space in front of the property is designed for a Wheelchair Accessible Van and easy roll-in access to the cabin.
*This property has a shared wall with another unit and resort storage space. It has obstructed views of Lake Geneva. Guests will need to cross a dead-end street or the resort parking lot to get to the lake and other resort amenities.

Rates: Labor Day through Memorial Day - $350/night, plus tax (2 night minimum).

A deposit of 35% is required upon making this reservation.
We highly recommend travel insurance to provide coverage in case of emergency.
When making a deposit, you agree to pay for the reservation at the lodging rate, plus taxes, even if you cancel the reservation. If you cancel your reservation, there is a cancellation fee of 100% of the rent. This amount shall be reduced in the event your unit is re-booked for the number of days of your reservation. We accept credit or personal checks. Any damage that occurs during your stay will be added to the cost of your reservation.
