LODGES
Our spacious LODGES feature the option of connecting to one another for multiple family configurations. Maple Lodge is on the east end, followed by Linden Lodge in the middle, and Homestead on the west.
MAPLE LODGE - 2 BEDROOM
You will be amazed by the panoramic views from this lodge! Maple Lodge has two bedrooms and features vaulted ceilings and beautiful knotty pine. This Lodge sleeps 6 with a queen bed in each bedroom, plus a futon in the great room. The spacious kitchen includes a dishwasher (more time for lounging by the lake) and overlooks Lake Geneva. Picture yourself playing cards at the dining table while watching the breathtaking sunrise over the glassy water. Maple Lodge boasts two decks, a private Weber gas grill, Adirondack chairs, and a picnic table for family dinners outside. The first bathroom has a tub and shower, while the 1/2 bath off the living room ensures plenty of amenities for your crew. A/C, Cable TV, & Wireless Internet provide all you need to enjoy your stay at Geneva Beach Resort.

** Maple Lodge is priced for 4 guests. Extra person rates beyond 4 people are $30 per night or $125 per week. Six person maximum. Extra day guests that do not stay over are $10 per day and must be approved ahead of time.

LINDEN LODGE - 3 BEDROOM
Linden Lodge kitchen is what every vacationing cook looks for. Plenty of room to prepare meals, while visiting with family and friends. This three bedroom split level lodge sleeps 8 with a queen bed in 3 bedrooms, plus a sofa-sleeper in the family room. There is a vaulted great room with kitchen(dishwasher) on the main level, plus an extra family room just 7 steps down. The first bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and the 2nd bath has a step-in shower. A new patio door offers excellent views of Lake Geneva. The patio features a Weber gas grill and outdoor dining table. Central A/C, Cable TV, Wireless Internet.

**Linden Lodge is priced for 6 guests. Extra person rates beyond 6 people are $30 per night or $125 per week. Eight person maximum. Extra day guests that do not stay over are $10 per day and must be approved ahead of time.

HOMESTEAD LODGE - 3 BEDROOM
Your options are endless with the Homestead Lodge. This three bedroom lodge sleeps 10 with a queen bed in 2 bedrooms, 2 queen beds in the 3rd bedroom, plus a sofa-sleeper in the great room. Homestead Lodge has two bathrooms with a whirlpool & shower, a large great room, and a full kitchen (with dishwasher). The main level features vaulted ceilings & large windows with views of Lake Geneva. The patio has a Weber gas grill and outdoor dining furniture. Central A/C, Cable TV, Wireless Internet.

- Homestead and Linden Lodge
- Homestead and Lakeside Studio 12
- Homestead, Linden, and Lakeside Studio 12
- Or, you can connect all of them - Linden, Homestead, Maple, and Studio 12, for a total of 9 bedrooms that will sleep up to 28!
** Homestead Lodge is priced for 6 guests. Extra person rates beyond 6 people are $30 per night or $125 per week. Maximum of 10 people. Extra day guests that do not stay over are $10 per day and must be approved ahead of time.
DEPOSITS: A 5 day stay or more requires 35% of the lodging amount; A 4 day stay or less requires a one night lodging amount.
CANCELLATIONS - READ CAREFULLY: When making a deposit, you agree to pay for the reservation at the lodging rate, plus taxes, even if you cancel the reservation. If you cancel your reservation, you will not have to pay if your reserved unit is re-booked for the number of days in your reservation, and all lodging of that type (2-3 bedroom or studio/suite) is reserved. If it is not re-booked, you are still responsible for paying for your reservation. We recommend travel insurance to cover your reservation costs if you have to cancel. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Checks and Cash. Your balance will be due upon arrival and incidental charges will be due on the day prior to your departure.
